Find Psychedelic ResearchToday in 2022, the psychedelic space has not seen this much interest since the first wave of psychedelic research in the 1950s and 1960s. People from all walks of life are turning their attention toward this emerging field wondering both if and when psychedelic-assisted therapies will become viable therapeutic options.
Researchers around the world are working toward satisfying this curiosity by trying to understand how psychedelics work, one of their goals being that psychedelics, and psychedelic-assisted therapies, become legitimate medicines. Teams dedicated to researching psychedelic substances are emerging in many of the world’s top universities while companies in the space are bringing their resources and experience hoping to fasten this process.
In order to conveniently keep up to date with all the happenings in the world of psychedelic research, Blossom, the University of Lisbon (Faculty of Human Kinetics) & Synthesis Institute have jointly developed the first World Atlas of Psychedelic Research. Here you will find where psychedelic research is currently taking place, the focus of that research, and the people leading these endeavours. You can also find some of the most recently completed research projects and the results of these projects.
Importantly, if you wish to list an ongoing research project that is not featured yet, you can submit an entry.
